Rent Value of $1799 or less requires 600 min score
Rent Value $1800 or higher requires 620 min score
All debit and credit factors are considered in final approval
Income
Must be two and half times rent or greater verifiable NET income.
Background Check
Criminal and Civil History
No financial, violent or sexual, or habitual offenders
No eviction in last 5 years
No bankruptcy in the last 2 years
Application
Fee is $55 and non-refundable for any reasons
Incomplete applications may be denied
Animal Policy
Must have up to date shots, copy vet records, current photo, and references
$150 One-time processing fee per animal
$50 per month/per animal
Breed Restrictions apply
No aggression, biting or public disturbance history
Terms
Applicant can be denied due to credit, criminal or civil history, income requirements, and prior landlord reference. Application is good for all properties and can be transferred.
