Eligibility: Referral sources must be active licensed real estate agents. Source must be acknowledged before initial meeting with prospects. If the rental rate is lower than $1,500/month, referral fee will be less based on actual rent rate. Minimum referral fee of $200.00 regardless of rent rate.
